Cash Payment

Customer’s may pay by cash. These payments may be made in the RKS office or request to collect from your home/office.

Online Payment

Customer’s may pay their bill online, using a credit or debit card and TLS/SSL and 3D secure with the latest technology. This option is available 24 hours per day, seven days each week.

Prices

Our prices are quoted on our website

We will from time to time change the prices quoted on our website, but this will not affect contracts that have previously come into force.

In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge. If the products delivery to Belait District, Tutong District and Temburong District you have to pay a delivery charge.

Payments

Payments may be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash and official purchase order (public sector only)

You must, during the checkout process, pay the prices of the services/products your order

If you fail to pay to us any amount due under these terms and conditions in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions, then we may withhold the products ordered and/or by written notice to you at any time cancel the contract of sale for the products/services.

Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders? Or any reductions on the delivery charge?

If you are ordering multiples of the same product, we may be able to offer you a discount on the product price and delivery charge. Call our sales team on 7177675 or 2338175 to check whether this would apply to your order.

Delivery Information

When will I receive my order?

Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping/start service. This typically takes 1 – 2 days however, some orders may ship/start service within as few as 4 hrs and some may take up to 3 days.

The delivery lead times are excluding weekends and public holiday Brunei.

Delivery to any of the following areas may incur additional delivery charges:

Products delivery to Belait District, Tutong District and Temburong District you have to pay a delivery charge. (Brunei muara District free of charge)

What happens if the product(s) are out of stock when I place an order?

If we are unable to deliver your order within the timeframe specified in the product description, we will contact you, as soon as possible to advise of a revised delivery date or offer alternative products.

Do you offer a next day or express delivery service?

We do not currently offer a next day or express delivery service for orders placed online. If you require a product urgently, please call our sales team and they will be happy to assist.

Returns & Cancellations

Return Policy (products)

If you are not entirely satisfied with our products, simply return the item within 7 days with original condition and original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped and we are unable to refund the products is found to be dirty, stained, incomplete, damaged or abused.

Return Policy (service)

If you are not entirely satisfied with our service, simply stop the service any time and you will receive a refund.

If you are not used our services, refund will be issued to the original amount.

If you already used our services, we will calculate the days or months and refund only the balance amount.

Cancellation Policy

If you a requesting to cancel your order you must contact us within 2 hrs from the time the order was placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note once your order has begun to process in our Distribution Centre, we are unable to cancel.

Warranty period

The warranty period for the Products (Bins) will be 3 months from the date of delivery

No warranty for our services and Garbage bag

Can’t cover under Warranty Damage resulting from improper maintenance

Damage resulting from natural disasters
