RKS may use your information in order to provide the rubbish collection service to you, include delivery dustbin bin, rubbish bags, official receipt and as well as to send you emails or call about information you have requested. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
RKS online payment is secure?
Yes
RKS site uses HTTPS (connection security) and we use Baiduri payment gateway service. Baiduri bank protects your credit /debit card information using TLS/SSL and 3D secure with the latest technology.
Please note that RKS do not store credit/debit card numbers and any other details.
RKS collect credit/debit card information for processing later?
No
RKS do not collect any of your credit/debit card information.
RKS Charge any Transaction fees for credit /debit card payment?
No
Customers only pay according to the rubbish collection service plan or products.
How do I know my payment was successful?
After you've entered your payment details, you'll normally get an order confirmation message on the screen and/or by email. If you haven't received any confirmation, you should contact RKS to find out if your transaction was successful or not.
Debit and credit card payments can be unsuccessful for a number of reasons. Do you get charged in your debit/ credit card for unsuccessful payment? You will need to contact your bank or card issuer and report to avoid any inconvenience.
